The start of a new day can be very difficult especially after a weekend or a long holiday. There is a myth that says; the way how you start your day has an effect on the rest of the day. Funnily enough this myth seems to be true. If you start the day by waking up late and rushing to work, there is a great probability that something bad will happen on your way to work to make you even more late. This will be followed by a call from your boss for a word or two in his office, most probably warning you that if you come late again you will be fired….Forget about it.
