The short answer to this question is: a list of things that you need to do to accomplish something. A task list is also known as a to do list or to-do list.
A to-do list enables you to outline and organise the tasks that you need to do to complete a project or reach a goal. The information stored in a to-do list varies from person to person, depending on taste and requirements, but will normally include the following.

How many times have you said I don’t have enough time? Be honest to yourself. How often have you failed to complete a task, meet a deadline, and keep a promise? Simple promises such as to meet a person, or take out your children for a family day out. Although these promises are simple they are of utmost importance.

Resting can sometimes be more productive than working. Everybody knows that resting is important but most of us sometimes try to do without it.
